I don't know if a crosshair is that helpful. If I recall it, everyone with a nvidia card can activate a crosshair at any time when they have nvidia 3D enabled. I would need a link with some authenticity, or a dev response. To clarify, can somebody please link me to a dev's response as to whether this is the case or not?ĮDIT: If you reply with "no it isn't" or "yes it is", I will just assume you have no idea what you're talking about. To be clear, if something modifies the game. I know using a third party app would not get you banned, but modifying the game files would. I think there is abit of confusion in threads I've been reading. Someone on Reddit added a crosshair from another app to their monitor. HOW TO GET A CUSTOM CROSSHAIR IN APEX LEGENDS WITH RIVATUNERĬraigofScotland said. Something in fraps perhaps? Last edited: Dec 2, Permanent marker should do the trick. I'm interested to see if there is a solution to this crosshair overlay. Wont work, You'd see two crosshair images left and right off center, Then when 3d kicks in the images come together. Last edited: Dec 1, Well if it's using D3D and you have an nvidia card you can probably get their overlay crosshair to work the one that shows up for use in 3D gaming. I wouldn't dream of doing this in black ops though. From my GoW days, Tiny little piece of blu tac does the trick perfectly. So im after a overlay that i can run that will always show no matter whats runnig, it during game. Thread starter CraigofScotland Start date Dec 1, CraigofScotland Distinguished Member. Creighton Henthorn at MAW Decals and to IPMS for supplying this sample for review. I would recommend this sheet, as well as all MAW sheets to anyone wishing to build Marine Corps aircraft. I really enjoy Marine Corps subjects, and this sheet fits a hole nicely. I like this sheet for a number of reasons, the most being the subject matter. The instructions are printed in color on four pages, which also contain typical weapons loads for the Hornet.Īll pertinent views of the airframes are shown, and are quite clear in identifying the sequences used to layering the markings.Ī crosshairs system is also used to aid in the alignment of subsequently applied decals.Īssorted vents, EV lights, and chaff/flare faces complete the sheets. This technique is easy to use, if allowing the previous decal to dry completely before adding the next one.įor large markings with complex colors, this seems like a good solution to produce in register decals that also look good.Īirframes #'s 1& 3 are also standard Hornet paint schemes, with #3 having the typical subdued markings.īird #1 has a bit more color, but not nearly as much as #2's over the top, red and white beauty. The markings for airframe #2, which is the most colorful of the three, utilize an overlay technique to produce the colorful tail and unit markings. (Proudly) printed by Microscale in their usual high quality manner all colors are in register, and look correct in terms of color. The set contains four pieces of decal sheet, with markings for three complete airframes. Transitioning from the venerable A-6E Intruder as the last Marine Corps unit to do so, into the F-18D and moving to MCAS Beaufort as part of MAG 31, the Moonlighters are currently in "Cadre Status" which means they have not been decommissioned, but are in a non-flying state, awaiting new aircraft types to arrive. Many elements of those unit markings are evident in latest versions of the units' markings. Known as the Moonlighters today, they were known as the Polka Dots when I was stationed next to them on the ramp at Cherry Point, circa 1973. Having assumed an attack role, they followed the typical mission evolution path many Marine squadrons have taken during their lives. VMFA (AW) 332 is another Marine squadron with a long and successful history reaching back to WW II as a torpedo bomber squadron.
